Founded by Vernessa Ranson-Reed, a nurse with over 30 years of healthcare experience, One On One Care LLC was created and built on a passion for helping others. Our home care agency was created out of a deep commitment and compassionate, personalized support for seniors and individuals with disabilities by making a meaningful difference in the their lives.

 

Inspired by Vernessa’s own journey of caring for her father at home, our mission is to bridge the gap between institutional care and the desire to age in place at home. We understand that not everyone needs a facility—many simply need dependable, one-on-one assistance that honors their independence and enhances their quality of life at home.
